I am having issues with my cricut maker

My cricut roller is having issues it wont stay in place and my mat wont load either.I get this machine last year in March and the one thing I have used it for is to cut regular and permanent vinyl. I dont see why I should be having any problems and if this issue cant be resolved I am unable to do business
