To whom it may concern, I recently visited the Popeyes in Wallingford, Ct. Store # 10109 on July 3rd 2021. I was not satisfy with the meatless pieces of chicken I received in the 12pc family meal I brought again! Some was more bone than a normal pieces of chicken that it should have been. It seem like they cut the meat out from the breast and the thighs to make their nuggets and strips instead of using boneless meat that they should've brought to make the chicken strips and nuggets with. This is not the first time I have experienced this meatless chicken pieces I am getting from this location. I have been to the other locations in Ct. and never had experienced this at all. I have brought meals from the Hamden and New Haven locations. I understand that each locations is own by different owners since it is a chain business. I believe the owner of the Wallingford location is trying to cut cost by cutting meat out from the breast and thighs and even legs to make the chicken strips and nuggets with.
