I am filing a complaint against Loomis Express, in particular, the Saskatoon Loomis Express location @2519 Koyl Ave.

My order made it from Winnipeg to Saskatoon in one day. It was, according to the tracking, in Saskatoon on the 23rd of July and yet I had to search it out before it was actually placed on a truck to be delivered to me on the 28th of July. I phoned the Saskatoon office, she (the lady who answered) refused to give me her name and told me the driver had it at his HOUSE in Melfort. I asked who I could call for help and she said "it'll get there". I then stated that if it was not delivered I would be phoning the RCMP and filing a report with them. She put me on hold for 3min, came back online and said "okay, he has it in his vehicle, it will be at your place between 3:30pm and 4:30pm.
