I purchased a HP black 910xl ink at the branch in Owings Mills MD. I opened the sealed box to find an empty HP cartridge and a 564xl cartridge that is not even hp. Brought it back to the store and they refused to exchange or refund me my money. They even called the police to escort me out the building. I need my money back. User's recommendation: Do not shop at BestBuy because the only way that could have happened is if a staff put it there.
