I am complaining about yours sending and taking money for 2 orders

I recently placed an order through your website for an order and it was taken out of my credit card acct . The day before I was looking at placing an order but was unsure of the size therefore did not submit the order or give my card details. When my order was delivered I had 2 parcels on looking at my credit card account I was surprised that I have been charged for both parcels . Which is really annoying as I am disabled and will struggle to return the goods . Can you please explain why 2 orders were taken and 2 lots of invoices taken off my credit card Kathleen drewe 3 Iris Close Cm15 9 we
