I am complaining about the failure to refund for a Beko product which was returned 9 April 2021

Microwave MOC20 100W ser [protected] bought direct from Beko 31 March 21. Negotiated by phone to return for refund. Collected 9 April 21 by Fedex. Advised that refund ref [protected] would take 2/3 weeks. Began emailing Customer Care & Support 29 April 21. Have had apologies and praise for my patience from a series of many emails of but still no refund. At date Beko tell me 'soon' and 'a special team is working on the case'. I have written to the manager of the Customer Care& Support and had no reply. It is extremely difficult attempting a phone call. Beko have the returned item and promised a refund, but after 10 weeks it has still not been finalised.
