I'm writing in regards of floral park enterprise when I arrived to get a rental car the guy nick and I go to look at the car we look around the car we never look at the roof of the car only the sides front back also gas and mileage then he gave me the keys and when I bring the car back nick and also the supervisor go look at the car and come back and tells me it's a small dent on the roof of driver side door that you cannot see but the supervisor tells me I did it I had the car for 2days and also I explained to the supervisor that nick did not look at the roof of the rental car because I came outside with him but he doesn't believe me because I have tattoos and I'm a young black man so he gets the manager and I explain to the manager what happens and she goes to talk to nick and the supervisor then comes back outside tells me she's not filing a claim against me but my account is being froze then she also says the car smells like smoke I don't smoke I have seizures and I get a car wash before I bring every rental car back so today I get a call from my insurance saying enterprise filed a claim against you so I feel I'm being discriminated because I'm a young black man with tattoos.
