Good morning my complaint is about an extra charge of 55 euros for the boarding pass that I couldn't get in time because edreams did not update my email address. I got the same problem in both ways and Ryanair sold me both tickets. I paid extra fees to get the boarding pass. On the 4th on July I couldn't travel but on the 5th with a new ticket sold by Ryanair and in the 31th I had to pay 55 euros extra fees from Ryanair to get the flight. My number reservation was [protected] and the flight FR 8379.
