I am being charged for thermal bags, even if I have my own

I am currently trying to become a Courier myself, however I have my own bags as my dad used to do skip the dishes, he has two in perfect condition. When I was paying for my back ground check, it still says I need to pay for a thermal bag, even if I have provided one in the pictures.
