The situation is such that I happened to be behind my payments due to the global covid pandemic which turned me practically to a bankrupt. Now everything is slow and non-responsive, especially where the financial side was concerned. I was expecting some understanding on the part of the bank and that they would give me more time to pay my dues. No such thing. They refused to postpone my due dates and warned me they will charge regular late payment fees for not fallowing the payment schedule
