I am a driver and my account was paused for 2 weeks for nothing on my fault but cant get my account reactivated. i am losing money and the ability to provide for my family

i have been a driver/independent contractor for this company since 2017. i absolutely love working for them, they are the best food delivery platform to work for by far. i never had a problem with them at all. i work very hard for them, put in many hours and do my best to attain the mission they want for the customers. through therrm.
