Update by user Apr 25, 2021 Hyundai Motor America Motors did absolutely nothing to resolve or even try to resolve. They made one phone call the Russell Westbrook Hyundai, which of course did not call them back either They told me I was on my own, and they were showing my complaint has closed. The customer service department did not return phone calls, and seemed like it must have been her first week in that position. Because she didn't know what to do, to help me. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years, and decided because of such positive vehicle reviews, with Car and Driver ratings, I would purchase a 2021 Hyundai Kona this week, and my experience was horrible at the Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim. I should have read their F-Rating with Better Business Bureau, and all their negative Yelp reviews. They do not return phone calls or e-mails. I am so upset with their practices, and how they treat people, and mischarging them, some of reviews are heart-wrenching and truly sad. I do not even want to drive the Kona, I just purchased. User's recommendation: Read Better Business Review Ratings on the Dealership and also Yelp.
