Shady business, corporate culture. Would love your money but hate for you to return anything. I was delivered my furniture with wrong color tone, I called them back after 3 days to ask for return or exchange. I was told that I was 24 hours outside of 72 hours window return policy. I reminded them that I had waited for furniture to be delivered not hours, not weeks but months, 4 months to be exact and they couldn't accommodate me a DAY. I was thrown "sales terms" at my face that PER our CONTRACT you had option that you didn't exercise for 72 hours. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their ultimate goal is to get your money and leave you with hanging with wrong merchandize. I can't believe I bought from them. I will not be spending a dime on this place. User's recommendation: Stay away from these people.
