The property managers treat you like dirt, even though you are renting from them, and still dont understand that without us they are in an unemployment line. They are rude and obnoxious and could care less about you or your life experience at Hunter's Ridge. Well you have signed the lease and you are back for another year at VT. the bad news is you signed a lease with Hunters Ridge. Although you maybe only thinking of this year, start planning for next year and already start looking to move out. Hunters Ridge management is inept. One post stated they are rude - I could not agree more. They are unresponsive to your requests, are very slow to do anything that could and should make your stay at this *** hole more comfortable. They have our money foe one more year and wont to anything now that they have you. REVIEW TWO: To address each point below: Parking: they have a parking policy that is nothing but BS, watch out they will tow your car for the most smallest of issues. I saw a car towed because she pulled to far into the walk way. Noise: Only on the weekends when it is party time like nothing else. Grounds: Watch out although you have neighbors- they will squeal on you for doing something they think is inappropriate. Safety: They want nothing to do with safety - they only want to collect you money cash the checks and be done with us. Staff: Rude, corrupt, inept, and these are the good points. They are slow to react to anything. Overall: I am out this year and going to place that wants my business. Look at all the reviews what they say an do are two different things. They make this place out to be something when is reality it is nothing more than a Pig with lipstick. REVIEW THREE: Just a helpful hint, check with the Blacksburg Police Department about the crime rate at Hunter's Ridge or any other apartment complex you may want to stay. My son was there only 6 days and his car was robbed. When I talked to the manager, Rebecca, she didn't care and I asked if this was normal and she said yes. She then became indignant then hung up on me. Just thought you may would want to know. Todays date is 8/29/2012! THIS TYPICAL OF THIS COMPLEX AND THE PERSONNEL RUNNING THE COMPLEX AND WHAT IS EVEN WORSE IS THE MANAGEMENT WHO OWNS THE COMPLEX. WANT TO TAKE YOUR COMPLAINT TO A HIGHER LEVEL?
