Hung up on me for asking to speak to a supervisor

When you're patient and kind after being put on hold multiple times for close to an hour and someone tells you a supervisor can't help you, that's when you know you've purchased the wrong debit card. They blocked a purchase from a major software company merchant and told me conflicting messages. When I asked to speak to a supervisor because my issue was not resolved, the next person who picked up hung up on me. Almost an hour of calls. Heed everyone's experience with onevanilla and stay away. User's recommendation: Buy a different debit card.
