Hulu has issue with my Credit card

I pay for hulu through Verizon so I have no idea why Im getting this message about my credit cardand I dont have access to the app for whatever reason so Im Paying for the Disney bundle thru Verizon but am not able to access Hulu tv via apptaking my cash but Im not receiving the serviceFIX IT ASAP PLEASE
