HUGE delay in shipping, no notice
I ordered an UrthBox around Nov 20th as a Christmas gift to someone (assuming it would ship in the week of Dec 15 and arrive around Christmas). I emailed them on Dec 21st asking for tracking. My e-mail was acknowledged that day, and they stated it wasn't yet available, but would follow up with more info the next day. I didn't get another email until Dec 29th (I understand places close for the holiday, but it is still a business with responsibilities to their customers) which finally had the tracking. As of today, 01/02/2018, only the label has been created. I'm quite pissed.
