Good afternoon my name is Jose Canela and Started working with ConAgra in Oakdale Ca. in Nov. 2007 as a Operation Supervisor . I worked long hours, long days, but that's not what I'm complaining about because I know what I signed for . before working for ConAgra Ive work in the same type of work for over 20 years. After working for a few years I stated feeling tired and ending up having a HEART attack . after going though a TRIPLE bi-pass and some down time I returned to work . With-in a few months of work the tirerness returned and after a MRI they found a problem with the HEART and surgery to repair the problem would be a big issue . I work still for about three yeas on and off and finally Doctors stop me from working . I've been off for quite a few years and today June 10, 2021 Went to ConAgra to return the Company radio, phone credit card, and badge and maybe HOPE I would be able to speak with someone about a part time job . BUT was greeted with a very Rood person. I ask for my personnel items and was told they had through them away. I believe the person talk with is Lety Chavez . At this point Just want my personnel things returned . Thank You for your Time .
