I've been an account holder for two years and don't have an account? I can't even make a complaint this is the craziness? I just want out of sprint at this point ? Was a customer before this about 15 years ago same issues don't only problem I never had is being able to pay but don't have an account ? I work at night so online assistance is really needed User's recommendation: Never use sprint this is my second time and don't treat loyal paying customers good.
