How I was treated and refused help.

Do not invest in this company. They attempt to make people believe they are there for those with older cars. Not so. I have a 2007 Honda Accord that has always run like a top. During a road trip this week when my engine light came on, and I found a mechanic discovering a valve needed to be replaced. Car Shield refused to pay for the repairs. It seems I did not buy the more expensive gold plan or some such thing. My partner who has a much newer Chrysler pays half of what I do, and it seems the plan covers his repairs. It is biased towards older car owners and not worth the cost. Save your monthly payment and use it for the rare time your car breaks down. They are a scam. Not worth your money. Please be forewarned.
