Thought I was getting a one off piece of advice. I didn't wake up until I saw the second monthly "subscription" appear on my bank statement. I rang mu credit card company fraud section, then emailed JA, I got the standard smug response. Then I emailed back and told them what I had done re credit card co.. I got my refund quick smart. So it occurs to me that they don't want any undue attention from the likes of bank, credit card, or regulatory bodies. Take note: if you want a refund, then make like you are going to make trouble for them. User's recommendation: Have nothing to do with them.
