In the past 3/4 weeks the delivery driver and a helper will drive into the condominium complex at a fast speed, usually around 4:10 - 4:25. As the President of the HOA I have been getting some complaints about the excessive noise of the Lincoln Town Car with no muffler, the passenger gets out of the car a few times as the car is being moved thru the parking spaces to drop off paper, as doing that the door needs oil to stop the squeak when opening door. When exiting the condominium complex that is a small 15 unit complex with the same driveway in as out the driver will then accelerate at a speed that is unacceptable making the cars extremely loud waking up some of the homeowners. I personally had the car wake me up myself, I don't appreciate it either. I have the complaint number as request of the homeowners and have't gotten anywhere. The man I spoke with said he would get it taken care of and guess what it still is happening. If this matter can not be resolved I will have to talk with the homeowners and see about different ways of reading the paper such as (online, no delivery of paper to complex, etc) this is out of hand and needs to be corrected immediately. Please let me know how this can be corrected.
