Terrible service — never delivered to my house

I want my home delivery paper delivered to my home (my door), not thrown out of the window of a car on to the floor of a remote multi car carport.

Haven’t received my paper last three days. Reported to subscription and get the same runaround.

No paper for past three days. Also never received the “replacement” paper was to be delivered later in the morning. Many of locals also experiencing same thing. how do we get a driver to slow down? car needs a muffler
