Hoverboard wont charge keep trying to get resolution

Bought my daughter a hoverboard 2 yrs ago for her birthday from hoverboardusa.com. it stopped working after 3 months and wont charge anymore. I have tried to contact them and get this resolved with no resolution. Now it seems as if they have no phone number even. Wish i would have purchased from a well known place. User's recommendation: Buy elsewhere.
