Hover.com bought Bulkregister and started deleting domain names of our company without contacting us. This is because they did not have a credit card on file, which we did with our previous company. They had an outdated email address, but never contacted us by phone or realized that we were never given access to our account with them since they bought Bulkregister. We realized it when bulkregister.com went offline. Now, several of key domains have expired and were deleted by Hover.com costing us well over $10,000 in damages. This was done without our consent. All our domain names were set on auto-renewal before they bought Bulkregister. This is such a horrible experience. The damages are unacceptable.
