My name is adeline perez I live at 1248 clay ave apartment 4 bronx y 10456 I have put in ticket for leaks from my bathroom ceiling since april 16 2021 until now we had the hurricane my apartment was flooded I live in a duplex i've told them roof needs to be repair nothing they done absolutely nothing at all they don't do no repairs to my household i've put ticket for floors my stairs my stove my closet my windows I had to pay 200 hundred dollars to a glass company when the housing worker was the one who broke the window I need to know who can I speak to or who can help me resolve this problem immediately.
