About 2, months ago I received a letter from United healthcare house call, service to earn a $25 visa gift card, so about 6 weeks ago I had someone come by to give me the physical, I called and was told it was only $15 .. not so !! My letter said $25, I feel like I am being scammed.very dishonest.they owe me $10.!!I've called at least 4 times this past month
