Hours say open at 6 they are not open. Line in Drive Through/ there were at least 5 cars waiting in Drive Through! This is not the first time this has happened. Very poor customer service. I asked the lady who was working why they were not open she said they were not ready and there was nothing I could do about it which was rude.
