I could go on for a while but after multiple staff asked me to wait and wait to make the changes that they said would just take a few minutes, each of them took over an hour to do none of it. No changes made and even paid a flight alteration fee with no changes made. Make me thing it is a dodgy site and will pass my experience on to others and will follow this up with a legal party to investigate the business and the company that looks after the support lines. User's recommendation: stay far away!!
