The only thing about this place is that its location is great. The grounds and view are great. I booked it for three nights . I stayed the first night and slept for three hours. The second night I didn't sleep at all. It was loud with people partying but that was the reason for my lack of sleep. We had two ceiling fans and two floor fans going . We need to buy a third fan to try and stay cool. That didn't work so we checked out early. Never stay there during the summer months. It is hot hot hot!!! It then became a health issue for me to stay any longer. So I checked out and had to pay high prices for the next hotel as it was last minute . Ruined my only vacation I could take in 3 years. I did not believe how the staff treated us once they realized we were leaving. We got so many mixed information from three different workers. I tried to get ahold of the site manger, I was told she would return my call in the morning. No phone call from her as of yet. I live in Arizona so I know what hot is, This was off the charts. They should not be allowed to do this to people. There has to be an agency I can contact. If anyone knows of any please let me know.
