I booked the fitzroy hotel for one night as I was havind a operation on harley street london 12/01/21 Booking reference [protected] I turned up and it wasnt open and padlocked up so my lovely taxie driver kindly took me back to the clinic and had to book another while im drugged up and in alote of pain from my treatment. Ive still not had my refund for this so can you help please also there phone line dosnt work as clinic even tried calling too
