Key points: Maintenance issues Dirty rooms Horrible customer service. From front desk to housekeeping Can not reach customer service Managers will not return calls No room service after being a guest for more than 4 days. Will not give you fresh towels even after requesting from front desk Trying to check out early with refund. Can not reach anyone in charge!!! Very stressful experience will never use this chain again for business or pleasure. User's recommendation: I’m not that picky, this place is horrible.
