When I booked a hotel room with Trip.com online, I forgot to request for the hotel shuttle to pick me up from the airport. So I went back online and updated my request for pick up. Only a few minutes after I updated my reservations with request for pickup, the Trip.com customer service contacted me by phone and email to let me know that my request has been sent to the hotel already. This is the best and most efficient customer service I've ever experienced. Thanks for being the best customer service!
