Hotel.com did not send the letter to my charge company now I’m in debt 364.00 dollars

I booked at a hotel but on their web site they stated they accepted dogs. So I booked the cabin for two nights, then I called the resort the same day I booked to make sure everything was arranged because it was my anniversary. Well the room I booked wasnt for pets. Apparently they have 3 rooms that are pet friendly but this is not stated on there web sight. Anyway I canceled, but this place gives no refunds. After going round and round with hotel.com to cancel, hotel.com said that basically Im out that money. Now User's recommendation: The web site needs to be clear that only certain rooms are pet friendly, I spoke with the gentlemen that took my reservation and he agreed that shouldn’t be charge red.
