Hotel accommodations were filthy and gross. Customer service…there was none. Got to hotel and couldn’t check in until 3 pm. Understandable with covid, however there was no place to store luggage.

No place to store luggage, had to wait in lobby or outside with at least 10 other people waiting. Absolute pig pen, dirty, dark and scummy. Dangerous area as well. They refused to show us a room to check conditions. We then chose to cancel our reservation and got the *** out of there! They said I had to cancel via Expedia. Attempted to cancel via Expedia but site is not easy to navigate tried to call them or do the chat very difficult never got anyone on the phone. User's recommendation: Don't just go by recommendation ratings. They could have family and friends giving false reviews.
