Hi I am a wounded and disabled veteran Vietnam era and living on military pension I called and asked customer service if they would gift me a hat for my nature walks I was put on hold forever they never came back then I called back and was told we will check on this and call you back. Will nobody called me. I feel terrible asking for help and then I get this so I felt ignored.
