this man prefers to insult and yell at you instead of taking a payment. he even hangs up in your face after cursing you out. i've never had a regular encounter with him in 2 years. i'm tempted to just let them come get this damn car. i had a death in my family and was 4 days late but i called him prior to being late as soon as i found out about my family members death. this poor excuse of a human being asked me to see if i could get the insurance money to pay the note. i'm speechless at the sheer cruelty of this person.
