I went to the urgent care in Venice for a possible Torn MCL. My knee was 3 times the size of my other knee. I could barely walk into the offices. I was seen by a physician assistant who told me to walk over to the x-ray across the building. Never was I offered immobilizers. The PA never asked if I needed something for pain ( non narcotic). Nothing! Just walk your *** over to x-ray. At x-ray I was told it would be awhile. I waited as long as the pain would allow. I asked if I could make an appointment so I could go home and take a Tylenol. I was told no. Urgent care is a joke! You'd be better of bi passing it and going to a veterinarian. How they are able to operate is beyond me. could make an appointment for xra User's recommendation: Keep driving. Don't stop. Go to a real urgent care nor ER.
