Horrible Understanding

So I am from Texas and had bought a Kubota 2 years ago from today and still owe on it. So Covid-19 happen and many of us had hardships and health issues. This company has no understanding and if they say they do they are lying. They can care less what you have going on and want their money. It no system to help or delay payments; its where is our money. Have not had any issues with the lawnmower but If i did I probably would not go through the company to fix it. User's recommendation: Go with with another lawnmower unless you afford to pay cash for it.
