Horrible taking advantage of customers

I purchased a gift for a father's day gift. It was with waterways cruise for a dinner cruise. I scheduled as the coupon said. I received an email from the company saying they cannot open because they are having a problem with our port here in seattle. They rescheduled for june 27. We're not going to need it then nor will I be in town. I contacted groupon thinking oh they have common sense. I let them know I would not need it. June 6 is when I purchased the item. I asked for my money back. They said you are going to have bucks on your account. I'm not using y'all again and need mention the company cancelled, not me. They would rather a negative report than give a customer rightfully their money back and fostering a good reputation. I will never use them again!
