I have recently purchased an iPhone XS and as you can imagine I will want to protect it. So I went and purchased the more expensive glass screen protector. It fit great. It looked great. It felt great. The next morning I wake up and I pickup my phone and take it to the kitchen. As you can imagine I would be very careful as I was aware of the hefty price tag of the iPhone! I go and put it face down gently on the granite bench. I have a case on the phone which makes sure that the iPhone is slightly raised when face down on a bench. 10 minutes later it has a crack in it. WHY!!!!! I was very disappointed. As when I bought it I was told it was very durable. Now I went and bought another one. And sure enough after one week. I place it face down on a wooden table. It cracks. Very disappointed. I would like to see some sort of response from Belkin as it am appalled of how I cannot get through to and email or a phone number to complain. Stay far from Belkin and will update if I receive a response!
