The staff at the Knoxville and Sevierville TN locations are some of the most unprofessional and poorly trained people I have ever been in contact with. They sit around and text, flirt, gossip among each other, they discuss patient information and give opinions on certain patients. I have seen nurses who treat people like garbage. They have no compassion for these patients. They don't follow up on care. Equipment isn't maintained. Home dialysis patients fall through the cracks. Any on call nurse will not return your call for hours. It's bad enough to suffer from renal failure. But to be treated with such disrespect is unbearable. User's recommendation: Find a better facility.
