Horrible service trying for months to get my refund from a flight that was canceled.

Cant get my refund. Will never book with them again. Im on the phone waiting if I dont get any results will go to air Canada and also the news station for some help. User's recommendation: Prices might be good but don’t book with them it’s not worth it. Pay a little more and go right to the airline.
