HORRIBLE SERVICE/Refusal to release my Domain name

DO NOT USE IPAGE. USE ANYONE ELSE BUT IPAGE. THEY ARE THE WORST WEBHOSTING COMPANY -BE WARNED!!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEIR WEBSITE IS TERRIBLE I WAS ON HOLD YESTERDAY FOR OVER AN HOUR 4 TIMES, TRYING TO TRANSFER MY DOMAIN, WHICH THEY ARE BLOCKING ME FROM DOING IT. Again, this is my 3rd day being on hold, because IPAGE can not give me my EPP address. they do NOT know what they are doing!!!
