Horrible service. Misinformation

Order 38790****.This process has made online shopping with you horrible! You gave my purchase to TForce for delivery. There was a failed delivery on 6/25/2021 I was given TForce # to inquire about my purchase after waiting for 35 minutes on hold. I called and was referred BACK to Ikea. I have been on hold for 52 minutes! I THOUGHT THE PROCESS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE EASIER! My product is late! I should be compensated for my time and trouble! Please handle this problem immediately. As of now I will recommend no one uses Ikea online because of the poor service. User's recommendation: Online services with Ikea is more trouble than it's worth. 1hr or more wait times just to hang up on you!
