HORRIBLE SERVICE & HORRIBLE GET BACK TO YOU

We've had Safe touch 15+years. Our old system failed and they(after 3+ months of NO SERVICE, and they FINALLY got back to us and replaced it....then the new system didn't work correctly and NO get back to us, so we are going to CANCEL our service after 15+years... Simplisafe is CHEAPER &;;; has more features(cameras).Safe touchh tried TO MAKE US PAY FOR THE 3+monthgs happening!!!!!nnnnn HAPPENING User's recommendation: DONT get this company.
