Horrible service extra charges

I used Sears/Cinch Home Warranty to replace a water heater. I was billed an extra $500 for modifications that I did not approve, was sent 3 different bills with 3 different amounts, and now have to pay another plumber out of pocket to come in and fix things because the job that was done does not pass code. All of this plus the premiums I have paid cost more than if I had just paid for everything directly. The customer service reps either promise to help, and then disappear, or are very rude. Save your money, there are less expensive companies out there. User's recommendation: Do NOT use Sears/Cinch Home Warranty!!
