On mother's day I, and my two daughters went to Mimi's Cafe located at 3005 New Center Point, Colorado Springs, Colorado. 719-622-****. Had reservations but that didn't matter to the management, put on a waiting list. The host was rude and so was the manager. Waited 45 minutes for our food, when it did arrive my granddaughters eggs were runny, she order medium and she didn't complain but started eating them and I told her we would get them replaced. The waitress hurried back with somebody else's eggs with potatoes and they were still runny. My daughter asked them to be removed from the check, but the waitress refused because she tried to eat them. What a reason and unacceptable. I filed a complaint with Mini's with no response. Also the ladies restroom was a shambles with female products on the floor. Been going there since they opened years ago but will never return and will tell everybody about them.
