Horrible service at DFA

June 4, 2018. Arrived at DFA earlier than 9am to finish early in renewing my passport. I’m a solo parent and hoping the courtesy lane can help it faster since I couldn’t get an appointment until OCTOBER , NOVEMBER , DECEMBER. what in the world happened to DFA? Year 2013 it wasn’t this bad. The courtesy lane has been waiting but all they did was to let in the 2:00 pm appointments. So unfair to us we’ve been here since 8am What kind of system do you have here? The children are already famished. The service is horrible and your information personnel are all uncooperative and unaccomodating. She didn’t even try to resolve the problem and look into the situation personally all she said was you will be called. This is the worst govt. department I have encountered eversince the new administration. Hoping this will be a better sijarion and new system for everyone but so Disappointed this is not at all what I expected. UNFAIR AND SO INEFFICIENT SYSTEM !!!! Change your system or change your personnel who are not doing their jobs right. Mr. Allan Peter Cayetano do something about your people and office.
