I was second in line and I asked the cashier/manager if he was too busy to do embroidery on a hat he basically yelled at me and told me "when he was done with these people he will get to you" then he told me to remove myself from that store and that he was NOT going to help me. The other guy saved the day for the store and treated me like a human being and with respect. Very professional and courteous. The "manager" even tried to include the customers he was attending.
